If I could give zero stars, I would! As a property owner at Signal Hill Memorial Park with a loved one who has been buried there for 24 years, I am extremely upset and frustrated by what has happened. For 24 years, my family has cared for and maintained my sister’s gravesite. In the past, Signal Hill has notified us by email when cemetery cleanups were going to take place, giving us the opportunity to remove any personal belongings beforehand. Signal Hill was unable to open one of my plots for my recently passed wife. That is tragic enough but having to drag out the extensive wait to lay my wife to rest, was truly brutal, disrespectful and thoughtless. The family could not believe the wait was over a week and a half. I filed a complaint on Dignity website. I received an automated reply however no one ever contacted me. You can get a response if you are buying something from these people. A truly agonizing experience. WORD TO THE WISE DON'T GO HERE
They do not do Saturday services. We had to beg and borrow to get my father buried here who prepaid for mom and him. We were charged additional fees to bury dad on Saturday also processing fee.
Andrea at Signal Hill is very helpful in every way. She has reached out to check on us since my mom burial on January 2, 2026. The cemetery is ALWAYS clean whenever we go there. I've had contact with Signal Hill in 2018 during my dad burial and they have always make everything so much easier for us. THANK YOU ANDREA & SIGNAL HILL.
