Very convenient for LW residents.
I’ve been banking here for years. Everyone is pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Service is quick and efficient !!! James is most pleasant and helpful always. Everyone is always smiling and cheerful. The service is fantastic here. I love this CU. It’s convenient and service is Awesome !!! The ATM is convenient and safe. This location is very safe. There’s always a special going on !!!! For your money to make more money !!!!
We're all excited with the new constructed building the new home of Signal Financial Credit Union, it looks very modern & chic.
As a resident of Leisure World, I'm very happy that we have our own on-campus credit union. I normally use their ATM. On the occasions I used their office, the customer service was prompt, professional, and very accommodating. Many customers at this location are elderly with special needs — the staff goes out of their way to respond to all requests. My only concern at this point is that Leisure World is building a new Admin building and I hope Signal Financial FCU will continue to have a location in the new facility.
