I would not use this company for transportation for medical reasons. Their drivers are too worried about their cell phones while driving to pay attention to where they’re stopped and what they’re doing. Watched one of their ambulances number 31 so busy with his cell phone that he stopped on the railroad tracks during a red light because he was too busy on his phone

Would like to thank driver Bobby for being a gentleman and keeping his cool when another transport driver got upset because she couldn't get up close since there were 3 transport vehicles at Oasis At the same time. Bobby, escorted the resident to the other transport vehicle since the driver wouldn't help them get around. Thank you again Bobby for your patience and helpfulness.

I had an excellent experience with Signa EMS. The team was professional, calm, and incredibly compassionate during a very stressful moment. They made us feel safe and well cared for from start to finish. Truly outstanding service. highly recommended!
