They show up to pick up my Mom a 94 yrs. lady with a fracture pelvis, he didn't have a wheel chair, the truck didn't have AC, he sat my mom in just a regular seat so she was in pain all the way and he did all this just because I wasn't there at the moment.
I just called today and the guy who answered is so rude. He doesn't know how to listen he'll keep on talking without listening to the client. Then he suddenly said okay goodbye while i was still talking. They need to train them and be professional and respectful.
Would like to think paramedic"Mr. Rusty Wright" and he's partner Chris I didn't get his last name but went out of the way to put extra care on transporting my mother from the hospital to the rehab center this EMS service treated my mother as if she was their own Mr Chris made my mother feel comfortable on her trip over here and she is a very nervous lady great job Mr Chris I would highly recommend both of these and the service of this "Signa EMS "service to anyone your loved ones are in good care thank you guys have a fantas... read more
On rout to wrong hospital after picking up 91 parent at rehab facility. Who argued for them to go back the other way finally did. We’re an hour late picking her up…..went to wrong pick up facility. Owner takes no responsibility. DO NOT USE THEM
What a joke. This company wanted to charge over $1,600 for a non-emergency trip that was 12 miles. Its crazy what these companies try to charge for private pay customers.
