RecommendedAfter going to another shop that had gone back on there promise for a quick service I went to Semi Service they had me in and out of the shop in just under three hours I wish my company had sent me here first. I was frustrated with their CS and my initial sales person Bruce at first. However after two weeks of having my truck and nothing being done too it when they promised me it would only be two days, I called them and had a few words. Awesome!!!!! Everyone's very knowledgeable and friendly
I'm posting this for my husband Lorin. He has worked with Terry Mike and Lee Wall on the trailer side over the years. Just recently we purchased a new Heil Trailer. During the installation of the rear hitch, the shop and Terry found a defect on the trailer they could have very easily hid from us. Instead they brought it to my attention and had me inspect it personally. After inspecting the trailer, they did a top notch job to take care of me!
