I’ve had a very disappointing experience dealing with Rodriguez. I followed his recommendations in good faith, only for an error to be made and then deflected rather than owned. Throughout the conversation, he was extremely rude, spoke over me repeatedly, and ultimately hung up instead of addressing the issue. Can’t get service from them. They couldn’t get the notes right from the meeting and were creating mockups of things we hadn’t agreed to. Slow response times also. Be advised, this company is not interested in being in business in 2025.
Highly recommend using Signpros for any of your decal needs! My company used their services for our floor decals and they did a great job. I want to give a shoutout to Rippen, who took great care of us when we needed two of our floors corrected. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process smooth.
