Non-Paying Company – Like everyone else I have 6 outstanding invoices dating back to 11/07. They called me about a month ago to see if I would do an esign. I asked them if they were crazy and the girl actually asked me why (she must have been new). Explained and she said they had had some hard times (like who hasn't) but go ahead and submit my invoices and they would get taken care of. Highly Unprofessional Company – I did a signing in March and submitted my invoice as requested. As of today, I have not been paid and it has now been 5 months. I have left numerous phone calls (approximately 20) with no returned call. I mailed a certified letter and they denied the letter. I took all your advice, not in the mood to work for free – When they called I did accept the job however, I knew their name was familiar and I did some research and found reviews going back to 2004 to 2008. That is a problem in my eyes, i called them back and let them know exactly why I could not do this and they said that their is another side to the reviews that sometimes Notaries make mistakes and that they send the invoice back with the documents. DO NOT WORK FOR SOX PLEASE – I am a Notary, I did 5 signings for this company and never got paid. Then they had he nerve to call me and ask me to do another signing I even contacted a Lawyer that didn't help PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

Deadbeat company hires notaries to do their work but never pays them – I have 15 invoices from various notaries from all over the United States that were never paid for their notary closing services all of the closings were closed and publicly recorded, yet this comany charges the borrower for the service at a triple rate yet never ays the notary at a lower rate of $50 to $100. There are many blogs dating back to years of this company not paying.

Worst Communicating, poorest paying organization I have ever worked with – This firm hired me in July to do a project for them. I did the work. They have not paid my invoice. I have not been informed that anything I did was not done correctly. I have made phone calls, sent emails, and attempted web site contact, but have not been able to resolve this matter. Does not pay there bills within 90 days so far, Sign on the x No pay for service – This company advertisement say that they are profesional and caring company but they do not pay there bills it has been 90 days they owe me over 700 dollars and will not return phone calls or letters.
