Bought the exposed shower with tub filler, part number ******and had it installed May 2017. All seemed OK for awhile but then the cold water would not stop running. One of the three ceramic shut off valves had cracked. A replacement was sent but a little later on a different shut off valve cracked. The customer service person said the plumber must have done something wrong, such as not purging the water lines before connecting the shower unit.
