TL;DR: If you can't be bothered to maintain your own sign, why would anyone think you can do a good job with theirs? Details: Your own sign advertises multiple job openings with instructions to apply "here" or on indeed.com. Multiple family members have applied on indeed and received zero response. So my son took a trip to your site to apply "here" only to be told A) applications ONLY go through indeed (which he had already done and received no response) and B) the jobs were no longer available.
