I went by twice to get a quote and the 2nd time I told he would contact me in about 10 minutes. And I'm still waiting for the phone call. Know wonder that this business is only a 3 stars.

Spoke with Jeff whom was very nice, he just didn't follow back up with drawings as promised. I called for about a week and finally got him to answer again (been busy so I gave him the benefit of the doubt) and sent him other pictures he requested and still never received design as promised. Waisted a month of my time to get project done before spring. WORD IS GARBAGE.....
