Sunce Ken passed away.this company just seems not to care about customers.They dont call back or when you get hold of someone they say it be awhile before they can get to you.I just dont understand ,getting a sticker done that takes 10 mins to do and with Ken i got it the next day.But they saying it be a few weeks or more.Really???? Couldn't be happier with the design and application of our ideas by Erin and the team at sign design! They absolutely killed it! Made our truck look like completely different from its original form! If you need vinyl done look no further!

Went/called 3 times trying to place and order and they haven’t acknowledged anything or contacted me in over 2 months about it. We basically have no choice but to go elsewhere outside of wooster.
