I received a quote for three separate jobs from this company in early July, in the quote they indicated that I would receive my signs between 25 - 30 days from the time that I placed a 50% deposit. On July 20, 2022 I paid the 50% deposit for all three jobs and to this day I have not received my three orders and they do not answer my calls, nor return my messages. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a sign for a client back in November. My sales rep Laurell was on top of it until they received my deposit. Then she dissapeared. It took weeks to reach someone to respond, Kristie had all kinds of excuses. Over the next 3 months it was a constant battle to get a response, when I did, it was excuses and lies. High quality custom craftsmanship at a very good price, they also shipped to us in Atlanta. It can be difficult to find custom sign making for small orders but they came through November 2020
