We used them to make the sign for the door about a year ago and they were great. I have been trying for the last few weeks to get them to remake this same sign because our hours changed and they have done nothing but lied to me. I started off on the phone and they said they would come down and look at it. Then I went to the store they said the same thing. And now I can't even get them to answer their phone. I am literally less than a quarter of a mile away. So I guess I will find someone else.
Customer Service was terrible and the banner that they printed wasnt like the one I requested. The design and color was off. They charge outrageous amounts. Would recommend office depot or Amazon.
