I hired Signcrafters to upgrade my back-lit neon signage to LED. Many of the sign faces have fallen off since then. I contacted Ryan directly to share my concerns, and to request his assistance. I received zero help, and got his stock responses about how the issues were my sign's fault when it is obviously caused by improper workmanship. I was forced to pay someone else to reattach another sign face before it fell all the way off, and broke.
