I hired Signcrafters to upgrade my back-lit neon signage to LED. Many of the sign faces have fallen off since then. I contacted Ryan directly to share my concerns, and to request his assistance. I received zero help, and got his stock responses about how the issues were my sign's fault when it is obviously caused by improper workmanship. I was forced to pay someone else to reattach another sign face before it fell all the way off, and broke. His immediate response was that "they" used the wrong fasteners when they reattached... read more

You guys nailed it, the final product was amazing and even with the stress of such a tight time line u guys never took a single short cut.
