Alex and the team did an awesome job on my sign. They worked fast efficiently and were quick to respond when I needed something! They took care of designing permitting and installing the sign for me couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have worked with Sign City two times now and had great experiences both times. They made my business's sign 5 years ago and just removed my old one and installed a new one after we rebranded. I worked with Alex this time and had a great experience from start to finish! All of the guys who came to remove the sign and install the new one were so friendly and worked quickly. The pricing for the sign and removal were also budget friendly and very worth the great customer service and smooth installation!

If you are looking for good communication and customer service, don't go with Webster Sign City. I had to call and email and text to get updates. Date for installation changed and I had to call the office in addition to my point of contact, Randy. They finally got it put up a couple of days ago. They initially didn't connect the power because they couldn't locate the power source. No one informed us of this.
