This place is absolutely amazing
I ordered a last minute step and repeat banner on a holiday weekend. Sign Art's team communicated with me throughout the checkout process, designed a beautiful 8x8' banner and even fixed the order when they realized I initially ordered the wrong thing. The banner was shipped the same day and delivered the next day. Due to their prompt response times, care for quality and professionalism, I had a beautiful banner for a celebrity meet and greet in Philadelphia.
I didn't anticipate being difficult when making my purchase, but I was. I am so sorry. But, a shout out to Juan their graphic designer. He was so patient with me as I made a few changes to the design we wanted. He has a great eye for design and was very accommodating and timely with the changes I made.
