I just had the 30mth/30k service done yesterday for my '24 Subaru Forester. I bought my car brand new from a local dealership 2 years ago and had been using them for all my maintenance. July 2026. I recently took my 2005 Toyota convertible in to have a serpentine belt replaced and asked EB to check my brakes. He replaced 2 belts and another item pertaining to the serpentine belt work. He said everything looked good as well as the brakes. The next day (7/16/26) I picked up my car and left my van. My father, my son and daughter, and myself have gone to ZB for years. Dad stopped going after the new manager was hired and raised all the prices but we kept going. Took my 05 Corolla in because the engine light was on, also asked if they’d look at the AC. Picked up the car after paying just under 400.00. Car was fine for 24 hours. Sent my 18 subaru in for diagnostic and repair as they were supposed to be the guys. Instead they changed parts for a day and then I still have to take it to the dealer. Save the effort and skip straight to dealer!
