I experienced courteous, friendly and efficient appointment scheduling. Dr. Fisher was very knowledgable and I left understanding more about why it is important to manage one's blood sugars. The staff was also knowledgeable about my insurance coverages as well. Every aspect of the visit was a 5 out of 5.
Although the people are friendly, the service is terrible. When you have to tell the receptionist NUMEROUS times what day will work for an appointment and they still try to give you an appointment on a different day, it is clear that they do not listen. I will be taking by business elsewhere.
