If I could give zero stars I would. Be careful with the receptionist, without my authorization charged me for a 2023 missed visit, of $25. Since I have a basic dental plan, I figured, it was for the office visit, shame on me for not inquiring about the charge. I called to notify them I had car troubles and could not make it and left a message for the office manager to call me since this was my 1st time cancelling. La recepcionista súper grosera y mal educada cómo le dije que no estaba de acuerdo con un precio me dijo que me fuera a otro Odontologo y me cobraría los 50$ de la cancelación de la cita . The super rude and impolite receptionist, how did I tell her that I did not agree with a price, told me to go to another dentist and she would charge me $50 for the cancellation of the appointment. they are scammers…..
Would never go there. Would not recommend them at all. Dr confirmed that they broke my tooth and gave appointment to fix it, as it's their mistake. When I went there, to get it fixed, they asked me to pay.
Good so far, not yet treated but so far, professional and courteous.
