I bought a house that was built for someone else, so i dont know any choices or discussions from the build. That said, i found them fairly responsive to concerns. It seemed like i was ignored until pushing harder, but They did come out and hear my concerns with the project manager and watranty specialist. Tbd whether they address a loose subfloor in the master bath. Nothing for a week so far. I'll drop another star if this doesn't get addressed.
