I met with Carla once in 2022 pre-emptively regarding an estate matter. I met her again a second time in 2022 about placing assets in trusts as it pertained to Medicaid. She provided me her fees for these services just prior to my father passing on 12/31/22. As a result of that life-changing event, I had to cancel/reschedule two other appointments to handle the funeral and deal with grief-related health issues.
