Poor customer service, they never answer or reply.
Sent three emails about a problem with their rack mounts for their gear. Website has some errors, and I requested clarification before I place an order. No reply yet after three emails, and six months. If you need to put their equipment in racks, I suggest you rethink your lab plans, or go with Rigol. Also, relying on NI drivers for networking, then needing to pay another $500+++ for a license to use the software is a bit insane for a single sized lab use. Review Updated 11/202 If i could Give a 6th Star I would. I started retooling my Lab's test bench in June 2020 with New Siglent Equipment.. I Recently 11/2022 added another piece of test equipment direct factory purchase. This November 2022 Siglent had a promo on the SDS2104X Plus Oscilloscope with Logic Analyzer Probes. My Experience Buying Direct from Siglent customer service was amazing. They answered questions, took the order over the phone, and dispatched it with in 24 Hours Unit it Arrived on time.
