I had a gastric balloon placed last May. It is a procedure that insurance providers do not cover. I was a self pay patient and paid in full for both placement and removal prior to anything being done. I had the removal in November. They had already been paid but since he merged with Sano they continue to bill my insurance over and over for a procedure that was paid in full back in May. I call and talk to their billing department and they say they will have to contact his office. Then they just bill my insurance again anyway.... read more
