I visited the Plainview office for a doctor’s appointment and was assisted by a Pasquale who was fantastic. When I asked for a cup of water, he first said there was none; I thought he was joking, but he clarified that only tap water was available. He even offered to walk to the neighboring complex to try to get bottled water which he was able to buy for me, I greatly appreciated the effort. The doctor and other staff were excellent, but the lack of available drinking water is unacceptable and should be addressed.
I have seen Dr. Rosenberg at this location and he is amazing. Staff is courteous and professional. Office is clean and wait times are reasonable.
