Very displeased with what they did to my husband. We have gone to Betz Ophthalmology for years. They set up the appointment for my husband months ago. My hubby has a disability which means he can not put on a mask. When they called with a reminder, he told them he could not wear the mask. They told him he could not come in unless he had a mask on. He has been working from home which means they are more likely to be a carrier of COVID than he would have been. They said they would reschedule but had no idea when it would be sa... read more

I’m sorry your husband had this experience. However unfortunately with the current circumstances and being a private practice we require masks be worn. No one comes into the office without a mask. We all have choices we have to make now more than ever and our office choice is to mask.

Awesome team that takes very good care of your eyes. Dr. Tan, & Dr. Linn I thank you for God placing you to do my Retina Surgery and Cataracts. Never in a million years that I would think I could have 20/20 vision. I’m so grateful to all those who help my eyesight get better. The nurses and from desk ladies are wonderful and pleasant also. I am not one to give bad reviews. The people were always so wonderful and friendly. I have pars planitis and was going here for about a half a year and was treated for something completely different then what they diagnosed me to have. I do have pars planitis and i went to a different eye doctor who seems to know alot of stuff and they don't waste my time. Betz was treating me for an eye infection which made my new eye doctor very upset because I showed him the eye drops betz put me on, this place was clearly treating me for... read more
