I went to Dr. Marshel Singleton for a DMV tinted window medical exemption. She told me I needed three visits to build a proper patient history and charged $200 in cash for each visit. I followed her instructions and completed all three, but afterward, she refused to help me with the exemption. I feel misled and disappointed—this was a very unprofessional experience. Would not recommend.
Not very happy. My eye drops needed a prior authorization a few months ago and even after I followed up with the office on it, I never heard a word back from the office. I came in for an appointment just last week, saw Dr Sarwal, told him and Ashley about the situation and he addressed his assistants that this PA needs to get done and told me to follow up on Monday (3 days ago) and call the office and ask for Adrianna because she will work on my prior authorization on Monday.
