Was good. Everyone polite and professional. The wait time was even better! Doctor Passarelli is the best! Would not change doctors unless I had no choice.
My experience at SightMD in Hauppauge and Brentwood locations isn’t exactly good. The front desk ladies and gentlemen are absolutely amazing—polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. But I have a complaint about the wait time, always I need to wait about one hours to 1 1/2 hours, I don’t understand why I need to wait long time. I would like that the wait time will be less.
