Great service and bedside manner
Professional, the staff is courteous and effective.
The only reason i am giving them 2 stars is because the doctors and her technician were amazing and kind and extremely helpful. However they use a 3rd party, outsourced place for their “call center” and they are the absolute WORST!!! I called in last week to get a cyst removed i was in a tremendous amount of pain . I gave all my insurance information and even asked if everything that was going to happen was covered….i want to be clear i used to be an eye technician for 8 years so i know what im asking for….
