Dr. Nattis and his staff saved my vision! I don't care how long a physician sees me as long as it is accurate. These guys know their stuff -- and will spend as long as needed with you to make you comfortable. It is people like peggy who think time is an indicator of performance, and god forbid a business asked me to pay for their services lol @ peggy, #somepeoplewillneverbehappy.
Disgraceful attitude! I was informed at check in that I would be charged an additional $30 for he doctor to write a prescription for a child Witt severe vision problems. When I said I didn't think it was fair I was told I could go to a vision store and have them write a prescription. Wow where's the patient care???
I just got a pair of glasses from this place and didn't like them. Was told that they don't allow return or exchanges of any frames or lenses. What a horrible place! Be careful when you are thinking get a pair glassess there! No return and no exchanges!
I visited Maria Barbe A few years ago in Dr. Lou office in pottsville. I had an appointment for my daughter it was very uncomfortable she keep asking me where she knew me from an I told her I was never there before and didn't know her and she became very upset and verbal with my 9 year old daughter in the examine seat. It was the most unprofessional doctor visit in my life and of course I grab my daughter and left NEVER TO BE SEEN THERE AGAIN... SHE HAS SOME ISSUES TO SAY THE LEAST.
