Professional and efficient staff. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly, including the results and recommendations. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality eye care!
The staff including the doctor treated me with the most respect I ever seen in a doctors office. They were just wonderful and hoping to continue to do a great job. I would recommend this eye clinic that would ask me if I no one once again thank you so much.
Dr Lee was great! Answered all my questions and explained my condition with my eyes. She took her time and put me on a quick program to follow. It was my 1st time here and I'm Extremely happy with my choice, great office staff and personal care with everyone involved.
This is the longest I’ve ever stayed for any appointment. My appointment was for 1250. I got there a little bit early and still did not get through until after 3 o’clock. too many patients. The staff was very busy, but this was just too many patients and not enough staff, it seems. Hopefully follow up appointment will go more smoothly.
I had a wonderful experience at the doctor today. The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. Dr. Chen was excellent. He listened, I felt heard, he explained, and he was very patient. I asked him, please don't ever leave. Great team 👏 👍 👌 I highly recommend SightMD Bronx.
