After having a genuinely great experience the first time I called to arrange a follow up. And that’s when things went competed downhill. 1st, I must say that Dr Kim is wonderful. 2nd, not everyone else there is. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I’m not sure who This Mercedes person believes she is and I am confident that after she has had a bit more life and work experience she’ll figure out that her job is TO HELP people , not to talk down to them.
