Care is excellent. Wait times are absurdly long in the Babylon office. Over 2 1/2 hours from arriving to seeing doctor. 20 to 40 minutes between each phase of pre treatment attention. Under an hour if managed properly. Dilation, refraction, history, etc. Should and could be under a hour if managed properly. Most patients are seniors. Unacceptable to drag this on. Dr is overscheduled and overworked but excellent.

The tech and Dr. Rosenberg were very kind and welcoming during my first visit to this practice. Dr. Rosenberg was able to connect with me and establish a rapport during a relatively short annual visit, while also clearly explaining the findings of all the tests. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family!
