Worst doctor office I've ever been to. I need medication for my eye, they said they prescribed it. I have called them 10 times, spent hours on the phone telling them to respond to my insurance company and pharmacy to submit prior authorization. THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO DESPITE LYING TO ME REPEATEDLY. Everytime they end the call saying that they will tell the doctor and the technician, yet nothing changes. I call in 2 days later and nobody has any record of the request. The staff seem to enjoy working at SightMD. It was nice to see that so late in the day in a crowded waiting room. .
