ordered a simple laser bore sight back on Feb 22,still not here.ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE,ABSOLUTE WORST SHIPPING,ABDOLUTE WORST ORDER FULFILMENT.AS A COMBAT VET,ALL I CAN DAY IS THE PERSON THAT I DELT WITH IS LUCKY IT WASN'T IN PERSON OR I'D OF WHOOPED HIS ASS FOR THE DISRESPECTFUL WAY HE COMMUNICATED WITH ME .FUC* YOU SIGHTMARK!!

This company sucks! I had to send back a Sightmark LoPro Mini Combo Flashlight & Green Laser with a bad switch. It's been 21 days since they received it. I have called 6 times, getting a recording saying I will get the next representative and after that plays 5 or 6 times, the recording tell me the ARE NO REPRESENTATIVES. I have emailed them several times with no response, left messages on their web page chat bot, no response, and finally called the number on this page and didn't get an answer.

stay away from sightmark they do not respond to calls, voicemails, or emails. i have been without my rifle scope since last year. they no longer support my scope so they finally offered me a credit to put towards another scope. i cant get with anyone to order my new scope or use the credit. i was going to get a much more expensive product to replace my broken scope but at this point i do not want anything from sightmark i am swearing off the brand. things break i understand but ghosting customers is unacceptable. hope this ... read more

Ordered a part 2 months ago hasn’t arrived customer service is horrible called 3 different phone numbers no answer left numerous voicemails no response I will never purchase anything from sightmark again and will make sure every hunter I meet is aware how much there customer service sucks

I sent my scope to Sightmark late December. It is now late January and I have not heard back from Sightmark. In the beginning the customer service was great and I sent it out to their facility in Texas. I have been trying to get in touch with them for three weeks now and I got one phone call back with a message to call them. When you call Sightmark you never get an agent. You have to leave a message and they will call you back. I am beyond frustrated with this company. All I wanted to know is if they received my scope... read more
