I recently had cataract surgery with Sightline. The whole experience was great. The entire staff is top notch. Dr Varga clearly explained the process and surgery prior to surgery . Drs Carver and Lawson were very helpful for the post-op visits. I highly recommend Sightline group.

Dr Lewen is great! He did a surgery on my eye and got it all fixed. Amazing service and amazing doctor!

Had my first appointment today September 27 2024 in the Chippewa office. The Staff was very nice and explained everything about cataract surgery and all testing was done and got scheduled for my left eye for December 5th. They all are Friendly and professional. I was nervous about everything but I was more at ease on how you get treated. Good Job Chippewa office.

Called the office and spoke with someone about assisting a disabled bed bound patient and was given conflicting information. The first 2 ladies I spoke with was very polite and helpful. This week was called back by someone that has terrible customer service skills, over talked me, treated me like I wasn't told the information I was given, and was just rude. Family is the only advocate someone disabled has besides care takers. If you can't be professional, empathetic, and listen this may not be the right job for you.
