Excellent office and staff. Dr Sara Berke is also a very intelligent and thorough doctor. I love how they have multiple styles of glasses And when I mean multiple styles of glasses. It is a great location right in the Northwood area. Everyone in the office is highly service & very nice. Overall, excellent experience and I highly recommend them.
Well the doctor lady is nice. But she doesn’t know what she is doing, I waited 45 mins for eye exam while she tried to fix something on the phone.. then she didn’t know what to do with the glasses or where to send them. I bought a pair of sunglasses. However she told me the lenses did not come with them if I wanted them prescription, which is a lie.. this place is very incompetent to say the least. Amazing service and great selection of frames. Dr. Berke fit me in some great frames for my driving glasses. Highly recommend this place!
This place is so cute. Sara is the sweetest and she loves what she does!!! She was so excited to tell me everything that was up with my eyes and show me the pictures, and tell me the process. I feel like it's rare to have someone genuinely love their profession and show so much legit enthusiasm for it!! if you are considering coming here, please without a doubt do!!! Got myself an updated prescription and some new glasses on the way too!! Thank you Sara

The doctor went above and beyond, offering expert guidance while making sure I felt completely at ease and well-informed during the entire visit.
