We spent about $40,000 on tech for a new build. Initially we were very impressed with Sight Sound and Security, but since moving in 8 months ago we’ve had various issues. While this is understandable, trying to get someone to come out, or even return a phone call has been frustrating, to say the least. I almost always have to call back after several days to see if I can get someone out. I often hear about how busy they are as an excuse. I would like to apologize to Carl for not giving him enough time to respond to me. He has make things good and I was very upset when I didn't immediately get a quick response. The two things I didn't mention is Tyler their service guy is fantastic and the system I have is very nice. Carl is a fair and honest guy with a good team.
