This is a horrible company! We are new to Idaho and called sight and sound because they put the sound system in our home when it was built. They charge $150 just to come to your home and then they charge $$$ just for a bid! I thought this is how companies do business here in Boise since we live in Hidden Springs I didn’t know, all I know is I wanted this company since they did the original install. Horrible customer service
Andy, one of the techs, was superb! Unfortunately, Shari Lewis the owner, sends out emails that are quite demeaning, and even though I am a small (former) client, I will never use this company again. Be careful of getting on her dark side...

If you want a great surround system or give theater, this is the company for you or your business! They also install remote blinds and much much more! Give them a call! Very friendly and have been in business 30 +years.
