Came here to purchase a new pair of headphones. Staff were very friendly and allowed me to test different sets with my own music, and the store had plenty of stock for the models I had in mind. Was also offered a great discount for the pair I ultimately bought. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy high-quality headphones.

A massive shout out to Vince from Sight and Sound Galleria in providing a detailed demonstration of KEF LS50 Wireless 2 speakers at the 2025 Melbourne HIFI show. Vince did an outstanding job of explaining the differences between the active and passive speakers. In the end, simplicity and the amazing sound stage the wireless speakers were able to produce won us over. We were so pleased with how Vince patiently dealt with us, we made the purchase on the spot. (KEF KC62 is now future purchase) (speakers look amazing)

I had one of the best experiences shopping here! I purchased KEF speakers and a WiiM Amp, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality audio gear and excellent customer service.
