We had an excellent buying experience recently thanks to Rob. We were looking for a soundbar for our TV. He was helpful & super knowledgeable but not pushy or condescending. Their listening rooms are so good. We spent a while going through the different options and ended up getting the KEF LS50 MK2 wireless speakers plus stands. They are sublime for both TV & music. We have bought sound systems from them for many years and their customer service has been consistently great. We will definitely be back.
