I am blown away by how comprehensive, professional and HONEST Sight and Sound Galleria have been in my dealings with them. My journey started with me just wanting vinyl furniture. It has now culminated in my first set of proper actual Hi-Fi speakers for vinyl listening + TV watching and a proper turntable to utilise this. Had an amazing experience at Sight and Sound Galleria today. Will and the team were incredibly helpful in getting us set up with our first hi-fi system. Great recommendations, excellent customer service, and a really friendly experience overall. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade!
I want to thank Will & Richard for the outstanding service and advice they gave me when I purchased my new Hi Fi setup. They advised me to try Sonus Faber speakers, “Wow” they are the best investment I have made (Serafino) unbelievable sound. “THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM” it’s been a great experience dealing with you all.
Walk into the Store the first time and was feeling the good vibes. Met the person I called the day before and was greeted nicely. Ask for a demonstration on the Speakers I was wanting to buy and the staff was so readily friendly and he even gave me to sample some other products that would go well with the Speakers I was testing. It was really a very good experience overall. They certainly know how to pair the right products together. Thumbs up to Vince who served me. I’m going to buy my next item there too, cheers .
