Excellent! They are concerned for the customer. If there is something wrong, they tell it how it is and they are not trying to sell me unnecessary additions like most plumbing companies try to. I think this is because they are family owned, for many years now, and the person who picks up the phone is the one who is doing the work, Sig and Gail.
