I call for a quote the receptionist said she would email me a application I call back she reassured me she would get it emailed after I called back backed have not received anything bad customer service and I wanted to sign with them because I know this is a good insurance company but sorry customer service

I switched to Nationwide in May 2020 when I added my son to my auto policy. Our previous insurance was going to go up almost triple just to add him to the policy. Now 7 months later I have added my son's truck he just got and for two drivers (one an almost 18 year old male and me) our insurance is STILL less than what my old company would have been with one vehicle and two drivers.
