Excellent place to live. Amazing neighbourhood. The management and maintenance service is exceptional.
Absolutely the worst. Our water so was never capped off properly and now it is left completely exposed. I have tried multiple times to get them to fix it with nothing but neglect!
I am a resident of Middleton Community and having horrible experience dealing with Sifton who is the developer. They have not finished the curbs and drains after 3 years of purchasing a new home. The streets get flooded everytime it rains. Tired of writing countless emails and sending pictures to everyone I can find who works at Sifton and they barely respond. When they do, they don't have any ETA or resolution. Would never recommend anyone to buy in Sifton communities.
