We have lived here for8yrs.friendly neighbors, clean and well maintained complex repairs done within a fair time ,ground crew very pleasant. Office staff some of the nicest people ,always friendly, always willing to help in any way they can. Overall I love it here.

We were looking for a rental and had a very disappointing experience. We were told we were added to a waiting list, but later it became clear that we were not treated fairly or kept properly informed. On a return visit, the interaction was cold and dismissive, which was upsetting. Overall, the communication and professionalism were poor. I do not recommend this place. Please treat people with more kindness and respect.

I had two dogs come running at my kids, and they came from your residence. After speaking to the blonde lady, she was very rude about it. Another resident called me over and told me she’s a constant problem. They even said their kids don’t play outside because of this lady and her dogs — apparently, it’s an ongoing issue. Sifton, please deal with your pets policy. Apparently, this lady doesn’t have to follow it because she’s best friends with the landlord. ITS NOT HARD TO TAKE YOUR DOG TO A OFF LEASE DOG PARK.

The office staff are great!! We speak with Carol and Jacquie mostly. They are a pleasure to speak with. Very friendly and helpful. If/when you put a maintenance request in, it's handled quickly.
