It's a very nice place. I am very happy with the service provided. Everyone I have spoken to seems to care an enormous amount about my pets. My kitties felt very cared for in this clinic, even if they are quite rowdy.
I’m really disappointed with the communication. I called multiple times because my dog was not feeling well and was told each time that someone would call me back. I waited for many hours and never received a call. When your pet isn’t feeling good, timely communication really matters. Unfortunately, this experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I hope the clinic can improve their responsiveness, especially for concerned pet owners.
This clinic is an absolute breath of fresh air. Dr. Rigo is caring, thorough, and entirely reasonable. All of the vet techs are amazing (with special props to Bailey, Michelle and Sarah). From our 7 pound cat to our 76 pound dog, they're fantastic. Couldn't be happier.
