I wasn’t going to say anything but this really rubbed me the wrong way today. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and practically hung up on me— I’m not sure how you do business this way. As a design professional in their field, I could have the potential to send future clients their way. Not now! Would not recommend based off of that short phone call and lack of patience and respect from her. Can it kill people these days to show kindness?
Jay built our home. Well done and high quality. We did have one problem with a window 4 years after construction and he handled it quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend him.
