Never great service. This used to be a reputable garage, but has seriously gone downhill in the last decade. It's unfortunate that people no longer care about the quality of their work, but rather a cash grab. I am not "that person". I don't leave reviews for the sake of being a brat, but this is now the third and final strike. First, no oil plug after an oil change, and when questioned about it was told, "why didn't you follow up behind us?" Gee, I don't know.
