Do not use this company. They do not listen and they never follow through on their word. Open a savings account or a HYSA before wasting your money relying on this incompetent company. After several conversations relating to billing and payment they refuse to act on the terms of our agreements and I have frankly had it.
I switched from Nationwide to Sifford-Stine about a year ago and am absolutely glad I did. My agent is Rebekah Stine, and she is the most attentive and helpful insurance person I've ever known. I've had to file a claim against another agency, and Rebekah has been right there to help and even do all the headache-y stuff for me. I highly recommend her and this agency for their eagerness to help and their knowledge of how to help.
