My Review is on your service Department, specifically your tech Steven Latchaya. I commend Siewert in retaining Steve, he is a good asset to your company and an asset to your customers. Steve is the main reason why I continue to use your company. I know that what every I purchase from Siewert that if there is a problem, I can call Steve. It is in my opinion that Steve would be great in Management, and a good leader for your service department.
On Sunday morning of the 3 day Labor Day weekend my Grinder Pump failed. Anthony Shepard led a team that had it functioning by noon. Jim Welsh took care of everything in the business office. Thank you for your excellent service. It was greatly appreciated.
