Great customer service. Has provided our family and house security in cle hts for more than 5 years!
If there was a negative star. I would give them that rating. They have scheduled with me and for two days now they were a no show. Who does this? I spoke with the owner who told me that no one should have ever promised me a time. They should have just told me a morning or afternoon. And a tech would call me 1/2 hr before. Are they joking?
