Sievers Medical Clinic in Shiner works hard to get me in in a timely fashion for my immediate health needs. The family nurse practitioner, Heather, makes sure to sit down with me and explain my condition and her treatment suggestions. She helps me make decisions about my health that I feel confident in! I feel safe when I go to Sievers in Shiner. The office is always clean and tidy, and the staff is professional.
My overall experience with Heather was great. However, the lady in the front continues to be rude. No, hello, thank you, see you next time. I am seriously considering moving my business to another clinic due to the continued rude as of the receptionist.
