RecommendedSo far so good! Clean, reliable, and on time! Started my renovation this week. A little bump in the road with a sudden unexpected upcharge that was not explaned at contract- but hoping we can negotiate it! Update- contacted by Michelle (owner), who was very accommodating and listened to our concerns. All is going well and remains on schedule! Very pleased with the level of cooperation and work ethic.
I chose Blue Lagoon out of the color brochure and inspected a sample of the pebbles that went with it. The color came out very slightly darker than what I replaced, although the color I chose was much darker. Pebble Tec tells me that color is not a “defect” under the warranty, even though it is way off. I paid $7000 and am stuck with a color just barely darker. I just want to share that Siesta Pebble did an absolutely awesome job resurfacing our pool. Their crews worked efficiently and they kept us informed about their progress and what to expect. They also did a tremendous job coordinating with our contractor who was replacing our pool cage at the same time. A special kudos goes to Ashley Liljenquist for her expertise and her communications throughout the process. I would heartily recommend Siesta Pebble to anyone who needs their pool resurfaced. This company is simply amazing just the beginning and im pleased. Their communication is second to none !!! Their tile crew roberto i and helper are perfectionists and are very polite and respectful love it! Ashley are contact is a sweet heart and if there was more women / men like her every buisness would be great her first impression was outstanding and made my wife feel at ease. ourstaanding company!
Siesta Pebble did an amazing job on our pool refinishing! They were awesome to work with; very helpful, great communication, efficient & friendly workers & honest! They were here when they said they would be & cleaned up well after a day’s work!
