Crystal is extremely talented. Her knowledge of the body is incredible. She is able to work through any muscle pain in a unique and powerful way and I am always amazed at the transformation that follows afterwards. The results are mind blowing. Crystal is also so kind and caring and always remembers things I’ve shared with her. She is truly the best!!
Crystal is outstanding! I did a thorough research and I feel so lucky I found her. I am SO glad I found Crystal! I came in for a prenatal massage and truly had the best experience. It felt so luxurious, relaxing, while also focusing on the areas that needed extra attention. Crystal is sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend enough and already cannot wait until my next appointment.
I think I’m going to be more sore from how hard we were laughing than from the massage!! All jokes aside, Crystal is incredibly intentional with her work, and I feel the benefits for weeks after each session. I lift heavy and carry a lot of tightness in my quads and hip flexors, and she somehow makes deep work including cupping and psoas release feel comfortable and genuinely amazing.
